Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technical program management.
  • 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
  • Experience serving in a technical program management role within the AI or Machine Learning space.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building and managing technical teams within high-growth or fast-paced startup environments.
  • Experience operating within a formal Program Management Office (PMO) or equivalent organizational structure.
  • Experience partnering with senior engineering and research leadership, bringing clear and straightforward solutions to complicated technical or challenges.
  • Ability to quickly master unfamiliar technical domains, assess underlying risks, and contribute directly to technical strategy and challenges.
  • A strong passion for advancing artificial intelligence combined with an innovative mindset comfortable with rapid change.

You will be the strategic partner accountable for bridging cross-functional silos, accelerating the developer feedback loop, and ensuring the success of features and events. You must be AI-native, comfortable navigating extreme ambiguity, and capable of providing stability during rapid scaling. You will collaborate deeply with researchers, engineers, and product leadership to drive our mission-critical AI-first architecture.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $300000 - $334000 (USD) 25% bonus target equity benefits
