Your role and responsibilities
The Technical Lead will serve as the primary technical authority for a classified program, overseeing the design, development, integration, and delivery of mission-critical systems and solutions. The Tech Lead ensures technical excellence, alignment with customer requirements, and compliance with all security and program constraints. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly secure, fast-paced environment.

Required technical and professional expertise
• At least three (3) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise system management
• Experience in complete engineering project development life cycle
• Experience explaining complex problems in the simplest possible terms
• Experience designing and integrating multiple systems, services and applications
• Experience and knowledge of various architecture patterns such as microservices
• Experience with designing and implementing cloud-based solutions
• Experience architecting solutions for Salesforce and ServiceNow
• Experience in developing/supporting complex technical solutions.
• Must have TS/SCI w/FSP Day 1

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
