Technical Product Owner - Manhattan SCALE & Blue Yonder
Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with mandatory hands-on experience in Manhattan SCALE WMS and Blue Yonder (JDA). The candidate will own the product backlog, drive Agile delivery, and lead technical solutioning for enterprise Warehouse Management and Supply Chain initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap, backlog, and sprint planning for Manhattan SCALE and Blue Yonder platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders.
  • Drive WMS enhancements, configuration, production support, and release management.
  • Design and support integrations with ERP, TMS, OMS, and external systems using REST APIs, EDI, XML/JSON, and middleware.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable warehouse and logistics solutions.
  • Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and prioritize enhancements.
Mandatory Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS - Mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) - Mandatory
  • 6-10 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or Technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong expertise in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Shipping, Receiving, and Logistics.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, SQL, XML/JSON, and enterprise system integrations.
