Full Job Description
KeySavvy is hiring a technically fluent Product Owner in Seattle to own the product lifecycle for partner-facing and internal tools - from stakeholder discovery to AI-assisted prototyping and engineering handoff.

Description

About KeySavvy

KeySavvy is a Public Benefit Corporation that is modernizing the way people buy and sell vehicles privately. Our platform handles the complex, high-stakes parts of a vehicle transaction - payments, title transfers, and lien payoffs - so buyers and sellers can transact with confidence. We're a small, focused team moving fast in a massive, yet underserved market.

About the Role

We're looking for a technically fluent Product Owner in Seattle who can do more than write requirements - you can prototype them. You'll own the product lifecycle for tools used by our business partners and internal teams, from discovery through working mockup. Using modern AI-assisted development tools, you'll be able to take an idea from a stakeholder conversation to a tangible MVP without needing to hand off to engineering for every early-stage exploration.

You'll work at the crossroads of operations, business development, and engineering - translating messy real-world workflows into clean, usable product experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for partner-facing and internal tools - from requirements gathering through mockup, feedback, and handoff to engineering
  • Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, v0, Lovable) to rapidly prototype and validate ideas before committing engineering resources
  • Partner with operations to understand workflow friction and design tooling that helps the team deliver a better customer experience
  • Work with business development to understand partner needs and the product capabilities that unlock new deals
  • Collaborate with engineering on scoping, technical feasibility, and implementation - bridging the gap between a working prototype and production-grade software
  • Write clear, detailed requirements and acceptance criteria that AI agents and engineers can act on confidently
  • Define success metrics for each initiative and follow up post-launch to close the loop

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience, ideally in a B2B or internal tooling context
  • Demonstrated ability to build functional prototypes or mockups using AI-assisted tools. Light coding experience (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
  • Experience with AI productivity tools and a genuine enthusiasm for using them to move faster
  • Strong written and verbal communication - you can meet with an internal or external customer and ask the right questions
  • Comfort working with data to evaluate product decisions and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or data workflows - enough to have an informed conversation with engineers and spot integration complexity early
  • Experience building tools for internal users or external business partners (not just consumer products)
  • A bias toward simplicity and iteration - you ship early, learn fast, and don't over-engineer the first version
  • Familiarity with fintech, marketplace, or transaction-based products is a plus

What We Offer
  • Shared ownership of the company through stock option grants
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k match
  • Our Seattle office has a nice view in iconic Smith Tower

Salary

$120,000 - $140,000 per year
