Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements.
• SQL familiarity with at least 6 months of experience in building queries and joins.
• Agile methodology experience, with certification as a Scrum Master or Product Owner being a plus.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and effectively communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize sprints, and shape the product roadmap.
• Provide weekly updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress.
• Follow established change management and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Identify and suggest improvements for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Production Services.
