Overview

This position is based in Plano, TX.

Who we're looking for

The TFS Banking and Commercial Lending team is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to join. The Technical Product Manager (TPM) will be responsible for defining the mission and priorities that drive efficiencies, innovation, and improvements to support the achievement of the domain OKRs.

What you'll be doing

The position requires regular and effective partnership with Data and analytics, operations, business stakeholders, and procurement as well as cross-functional product teams to enhance technology and process modernization.

This involves leading quality delivery of capabilities, software development, and/or data reporting while mitigating TFS's risk exposure. The TPM is responsible for maximizing the return on investment, enabling business value/results, and managing stakeholder expectations.

The TPM's main responsibilities include:
  • Own end-to-end product delivery, including roadmap execution, business process design, and agile backlog refinement.
  • Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to define high-value solutions, manage dependencies, and drive change.
  • Lead planning, resource allocation, and financial oversight to ensure optimal value for funding received.
  • Track product lifecycle metrics and communicate release updates to internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain vendor and partner relationships while staying current on industry trends through events and training.


What you bring
  • Bachelor's Degree from Accredited 4-year college or university; and/or related commensurate experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant / progressive work experience (in a similar field and/or industry).
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering & analysis and product management.
  • Experience working with technical teams and operating in an agile environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and business acumen.


Added bonus if you have
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial analysis and Lending terms is preferred.
