About the Role

The Technical Product Manager will serve as the bridge between our business teams, customers, and engineering organization. Reporting directly to the CTO, this role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and driving resolution of product issues, workflow gaps, usability improvements, and feature requests across COOLAI and related platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, comfortable working in ambiguity, able to independently investigate issues, and capable of coordinating across Engineering, Data Science, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

Challenges and Opportunities

As COOLAI continues to scale, feedback from clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders is increasing rapidly. This role will help create structure around product feedback, improve execution efficiency, and allow technical leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and platform innovation.

This position offers significant growth opportunities and direct exposure to company leadership, AI-driven advertising technology, and next-generation marketing automation products.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Own intake and triage process for product feedback and issues
  • Investigate reported problems and reproduce issues independently
  • Distinguish between bugs, usability concerns, feature requests, and training gaps
  • Prioritize issues based on customer impact, revenue impact, and strategic importance
  • Write clear product requirements and engineering tickets
  • Coordinate implementation with engineering and data science teams
  • Communicate status and timelines to stakeholders
  • Monitor product quality and identify recurring pain points
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather user insights
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes
  • Help define product roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and business objectives
  • Track product delivery metrics and ensure accountability across teams


Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar role
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and web applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
  • Experience writing detailed product requirements and user stories
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments
  • Experience with AI, AdTech, MarTech, DSPs, SSPs, or digital advertising is highly preferred
