About the position

The Product Manager will be responsible for owning designated AgileSec product domains across discovery, planning, execution, release readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement. This role works closely with customers, engineering, design, support, sales, alliances, and product leadership to identify opportunities, define requirements, deliver customer value, and measure business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong product execution skills with customer empathy, analytical thinking, and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences within complex enterprise security environments. This individual will develop deep expertise in cryptographic posture management, enterprise cybersecurity, and emerging post-quantum cryptography initiatives while helping shape the future direction of the AgileSec platform.

Job Responsibilities

Product Management
  • Own assigned AgileSec capabilities through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through release and adoption.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and product usage insights to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
  • Partner with engineering teams to evaluate feasibility, manage delivery risks, and ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes to guide future roadmap decisions.

User Experience & Customer Engagement
  • Champion customer-centric design and usability across AgileSec workflows and experiences.
  • Partner with UX and engineering teams to simplify complex security workflows and improve overall user experience.
  • Participate in customer meetings, discovery sessions, design reviews, and roadmap discussions to validate customer needs and proposed solutions.
  • Ensure customer-facing communications accurately reflect product capabilities, lifecycle status, and approved commitments.

Product Launch & Ecosystem
  • Support release readiness, documentation reviews, product launches, and go-to-market activities.
  • Collaborate with partner and alliance teams on integrations with leading enterprise security platforms.
  • Contribute to AgileSec's cryptographic risk management and post-quantum cryptography initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in product management.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies, and concepts independently.
  • Comfort engaging with technical concepts such as PKI, cryptography, or enterprise security software, and working across Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments.
  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in PKI, cryptography, cybersecurity, or enterprise security software.
  • Experience using AI tools to drive measurable outcomes, such as backlog grooming, synthesizing customer feedback, or drafting PRDs/User Stories.

Travel Requirements.

Up to 10% travel time required.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
