A Taste Of What You'll Do

Are you a data-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and business impact? At GALLO, we're looking for a Technical Product Manager to shape the future of our enterprise data ecosystem - and we'd love for that person to be you.

In this role, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our enterprise data warehouse capabilities and data products. You'll be the connective tissue between our data engineering, architecture, analytics, AI, and business teams - translating real business needs into scalable, trusted data solutions that power reporting, self-service analytics, and cutting-edge agentic AI workloads. Whether it's onboarding new data sources, designing dimensional models, or governing data quality and lineage, your fingerprints will be on the data assets that drive decisions across GALLO.

Day to day, you'll guide execution across cross-functional teams - delivering reliable data pipelines, curated warehouse models, and production-ready data products across platforms including SAP HANA EDW, AWS Redshift, and Oracle. You'll set priorities, remove roadblocks, and lead platform modernization efforts that improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency - all while keeping the lights on and service continuity intact.

Beyond the technical work, you'll be a people leader and culture carrier. You'll coach and develop team members, foster a mindset of ownership and accountability, and encourage bold thinking and innovation. We believe the best ideas can come from anywhere, and we want someone who creates the conditions for that to happen.

We're looking for someone who stays curious - monitoring emerging data and AI technologies and bringing fresh thinking to how we evolve our warehouse ecosystem. If you're energized by solving complex problems, building for the long term, and making data more accessible and impactful for everyone who relies on it, this is the role for you.
