This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL or El Dorado Hills, CA metro areas. Join one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies and help shape the integrations that connect Keeper Secrets Manager to the tools and platforms used by modern DevOps, security and IT teams.

About the Role

This role will help identify, evaluate and advance technology partnership opportunities across a broad and growing ecosystem of security, identity, cloud, collaboration and DevOps platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong partnership and business analysis experience with enough technical fluency to review API documentation, test integrations and assess feasibility before involving Engineering. This role will manage a high-volume partner pipeline from initial research and outreach through application, technical validation, launch and ongoing coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and prioritize potential integration and technology partners across security, vulnerability management, identity, cloud, collaboration, DevOps, automation and related ecosystems
  • Prepare and submit applications to technology alliance and partner programs, track progress and follow up through approval and onboarding
  • Review API, webhook and integration documentation to assess technical feasibility, dependencies and scope requirements
  • Use tools such as Postman or curl to make API calls, validate webhook payloads and troubleshoot basic integration behavior without immediate engineering support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for technology partners, responding to inquiries and routing deeper technical questions to Engineering when appropriate
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective and active partners, including status, next steps, technical requirements and key contacts
  • Gather input from Product, Engineering, Solutions, Marketing and other stakeholders and translate it into clear requirements and structured summaries
  • Coordinate partner calls, onboarding activities, follow-ups, documentation and launch readiness
  • Partner with Marketing and Documentation teams to ensure integrations are accurately described, positioned and listed
  • Own reporting for partner pipeline activity, including partners sourced, applications submitted, integrations validated and integrations launched
  • Present partnership status, risks and outcomes to leadership
  • Use AI-enabled tools to support research, communication drafting, document summarization and workflow organization at scale

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, technology partnerships, business development, ecosystem management, alliances or a related role
  • Experience working in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise software or another technical product environment
  • Hands-on comfort working with APIs and webhooks, including the ability to read technical documentation, make test calls and validate payloads or events
  • Experience using tools such as Postman, curl or similar API testing utilities
  • Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume and diverse partner or vendor pipeline from prospecting through validation and launch
  • Experience working across multiple technology categories such as security, identity, cloud platforms, collaboration tools or DevOps ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience representing a company externally and partnering internally with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Solutions teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting partner-facing and executive-facing communications
  • Experience defining, tracking and presenting pipeline metrics and outcomes to leadership
  • Familiarity with writing or reviewing code, scripts or technical prototypes
  • Ability and willingness to use AI tools effectively to support research, communication, documentation and workflow efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in technology partnerships, alliances or business development across multiple technical ecosystems
  • Experience managing technology alliance applications, certification programs or partner onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with security and IT platforms such as Wiz, Tenable, SailPoint, Slack, Google Cloud, AWS, Azure or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with automation and orchestration ecosystems such as Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes or Vault
  • Experience evaluating integration feasibility before formal engineering engagement
  • Experience working with senior executives or C-level stakeholders on partner strategy
  • Experience supporting the launch and go-to-market positioning of technical integrations
