Role Overview You will act as a technical leader within the industrial water practice, responsible for driving high-quality project delivery, mentoring engineers, and contributing to the growth of key client accounts. This role requires someone comfortable operating at both a technical and strategic level, with the ability to influence project outcomes and support business development. Key Responsibilities Lead technical delivery of industrial water and wastewater projects, including design, upgrades, and new system implementation Oversee capacity assessments, process evaluations, and basis of design development Support pilot testing, commissioning, and start-up activities Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams Maintain and develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business Support proposals, project pursuits, and account development Contribute to technical publications, presentations, and industry engagement Ensure quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across project delivery Candidate Requirements Master's degree in Engineering (PE required; advanced degree preferred) 10-15 years of experience within an engineering consultancy environment Strong background in industrial water/wastewater treatment, particularly biological processes Experience working with industrial clients (e.g., food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, data centers, or similar sectors) Proven ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and deliver high-quality technical work Strong communication skills and track record of technical contribution If you're an experienced industrial water professional looking to step into a leadership role with real influence and ownership, get in touch for a confidential discussion.
