Salary: $125,687.26 - $170,049.54 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Lead the roadmap and governance for AI-enabled capabilities, operational data platforms, and self-service solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technology priorities.
  • Establish and manage trusted operational data foundations, including data quality, semantic models, business metrics, and information accessibility.
  • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and operational intelligence capabilities to improve decision-making, user experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with business, technology, and managed service providers to deliver scalable platform capabilities, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
    degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Experience implementing AI/ML, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise initiatives involving AI, automation, operational analytics, data platforms, self-service capabilities, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, semantic modeling, operational reporting, analytics enablement, and platform lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage vendor or managed service provider relationships in a complex enterprise environment.
