• Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities to manage cross-functional expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Architecture & Design: Lead high-level design, write technical specifications, and architect
• scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and upskill junior and mid-level developers
• through code reviews and technical direction.
• Hands-on Development: Write robust code using C#, .NET Core, and related web technologies,
• alongside performance tuning and refactoring.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and
• estimate project scopes alongside product owners and clients.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce coding best practices, automated testing standards, and continuous integration workflows.
Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
