Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Proven experience with integration patterns and middleware.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governance.
• Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and tools (Jira, Jenkins).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures, creating detailed technical designs and solution roadmaps.
• Design and implement robust integration strategies with external systems using APIs, web services, Mulesoft, or other middleware.
• Develop complex customizations in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configure platform features (Flow, Process Builder).
• Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and manage the technical aspects of project delivery.
• Oversee data governance, design data architectures, and lead complex data migrations.
• Drive development through Agile methodologies, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Act as a primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams.
• Provide deep technical support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex functional/performance issues.
