Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governance.
• Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and tools such as Jira and Jenkins.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures and detailed technical designs.
• Design and implement robust integration strategies with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Develop complex customizations in Apex and LWC, and configure platform features.
• Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Oversee data governance, design data architectures, and manage complex data migrations.
• Drive development using Agile methodologies and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as a primary technical liaison between stakeholders and IT teams.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex functional and performance issues.
