The Tech Lead drives innovation, efficiency, and technical excellence within our IT department. As a key leader, you will define how the solution must look like integrated to the system landscape of the bank, oversee technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects that align with our bank's strategic goals.
