Bristlecone Inc. is seeking a mid-senior Technical Lead to drive cloud-native application engineering and project management initiatives. In this role, you will architect, develop, and oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute technical roadmaps for cloud-based applications and services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Mentor and coach engineers on best practices, code quality, and DevOps processes.
  • Coordinate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to accelerate delivery.
  • Conduct technical reviews, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis for production issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
  • Report project status, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, application engineering, and project leadership.
