Technical Implementation ManagerWe are looking for an Implementation Manager who will be responsible for taking brand-new clients and providing them with a best-in-class onboarding experience that sets them up for success and yielding high user adoption. This role combines project management, technical configuration, and customer enablement to drive successful adoption and long-term value. The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude, experience working with SaaS platforms, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You should be comfortable working with integrations, data flows, and system configurations, while also delivering a high-quality customer experience. Employment Type: Full Time (Employment Contract Only)
In this role, you'll get to:- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for CreatorIQ customers, from kickoff through go-live and handoff
- Align on customer requirements, technical feasibility, and implementation timelines
- Enable customers to confidently adopt and scale their use of the platform by configuring the CreatorIQ platform based on customer requirements, use cases, and package scope
- Support technical setup including data imports, integrations, and system configuration
- Work with APIs, data mapping, and workflows to ensure smooth platform adoption
- Serve as a platform expert, delivering tailored training sessions aligned to customer workflows and goals. Translate technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand guidance for non-technical users
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities and implementation processes
- Apply implementation best practices and continuously improve onboarding processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during onboarding
- Contribute to automation, tooling, and scalable implementation frameworks
Who you are and what you'll need for this position:
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, solutions engineering, or similar roles
- Strong technical aptitude, with experience working on:
APIs and integrations
Data mapping and workflows
SaaS platforms and system configuration - Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Process-oriented and collaborative team player with a startup mentality, adaptability to change, and willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
Nice to have: - Experience with REST APIs, JSON, or integration tools
- Familiarity with data handling, SQL, or data pipelines
- Experience with CRM or marketing platforms
- Exposure to influencer marketing or creator economy tools
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools to drive efficiency and process improvements within implementation workflows
