Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
Location: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. CT, with hours that may vary based on business needs, agreed-upon schedule, and special projects.
Travel: Up to 25% annually to company facilities in Albert Lea, MN; Milwaukee, WI; and Palmyra, PA

About the RoleIdeal for an ERP professional with technical problem-solving skills and interest in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do- Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and escalating as needed.
- Configure, maintain, train, and support users across Business Central modules and processes such as finance, inventory, production, EDI, warehouse management, and related business functions.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical ERP system solutions.
- Support ERP upgrades, testing, implementations, and master data governance efforts.
- Collaborate with ERP developers, partners, consultants, and internal teams on integrations with EDI, warehouse management, maintenance management, reporting, and other third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, process workflows, reports, analytics, and dashboards using tools such as JET Analytics, JET Reports, SSRS, and Power BI.
- Provide weekend and after-hours second-tier on-call support when needed.
What You'll Bring to the Table- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or a comparable ERP system preferred.
- Working knowledge of Business Central functions such as finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, manufacturing, production orders, lot tracking, and costing.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL query language, SSRS, JET Analytics, and Power BI preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certification preferred, or willingness to pursue certification.
- Strong documentation skills, including business requirements, process maps, functional specifications, test scripts, release notes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a larger team.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a food manufacturing facility where employees may be exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving machinery, cleaning chemicals, airborne particles, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels. PPE is required in all production areas.
