About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Deployment Lead to provide senior-level coordination and delivery stewardship across a portfolio of collaboration-technology initiatives spanning multiple global sites.
  • Rather than executing a single deployment, this role operates as the connective layer across several concurrent programs - maintaining a consolidated view of progress, surfacing risks early, and keeping complex, interdependent, multi-site initiatives aligned and moving.
  • This role suits a seasoned operator who is comfortable working at pace across regions and time zones, bringing structure to large programs and communicating clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Working familiarity with Audio/Visual (AV), Video Conferencing (VC), and collaboration technology, including conference room and event-space equipment, sufficient to coordinate delivery effectively.
  • Comfortable operating across multiple time zones, including United States Pacific, Central, and Eastern time zones, with primary coverage of Pacific Time.
  • Comfortable working with event and production-space technology.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in enterprise Audio/Visual (AV), Information Technology (IT), or collaboration-technology program environments.
