Role Description
As a Technical Consultant, your primary role will be to lead the design and implementation of software solutions that significantly improve client operations. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment aligned with strategic objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing environments will be key to accelerating project delivery and enhancing client satisfaction. Qualifications
• 3+ years hands-on experience working with, configuring, and deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Prior knowledge of working with PINpoint MES is preferred
• Ability to read and work within XML files
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Stored Procedures
• Controls and automation programming
• Knowledge of PLC systems and be able to work with an OPC server
• Knowledge of PLC programming would be an asset
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including proper document structure, formatting, pivot tables and effective presentations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Degree or equivalent certification or work experience in a technical discipline.
• Travel expected: up to 50%
• Must be able to travel globally
