The Technical Capture Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our technology solutions within the United States market. This position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. The successful candidate will design and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and technological capabilities. They will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and sustained revenue growth. Ultimately, this role is critical in positioning the company as a leader in innovative technology solutions and expanding our footprint in competitive markets.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in business development or sales within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must have a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience working in or with software development, cloud computing, battle management, AI enabled C2 and Man-Machine Interface (MMI) software development.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications related to business development or project management (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
