Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field required; Associate's Degree considered with extensive experience
• High School Diploma with substantial maintenance experience considered
• Minimum of five years of maintenance or manufacturing experience required, ideally in pharmaceuticals
• Leadership experience preferred, indicating capability in team management
• Familiarity with high-speed automated systems like Filling, Formulation, or Packaging preferred
• Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma preferred
• Demonstrated skills in mentoring, change management, and organizing complex tasks preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as a maintenance advocate to enhance scheduling and remove obstacles
• Coach and mentor maintenance technicians on technical competencies
• Execute maintenance process confirmations and collaborate for quality improvements
• Oversee the maintenance Event Response process and ensure efficient execution
• Track maintenance events and ensure action visibility
• Confirm adherence to maintenance standards by technicians
• Verify and document effective solutions and procedures across shifts
• Manage and develop training plans for maintenance staff
• Execute the shift maintenance plan and oversee work order closures
• Maintain accurate documentation in SAP and logbooks
• Implement suggested process improvements and uphold safety standards
