Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience as an architect.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar senior role.
• Strong background in software engineering, system design, data platforms, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps principles, including CI/CD and automation.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate trade-offs in performance, cost, and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall technical vision, architecture, and technology stack for complex systems.
• Develop and own technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
• Guide development teams, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies, performing proofs-of-concept (PoCs).
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions on time.
• Review existing legacy systems, making recommendations for improvements in design and performance.
