Technical Applications Specialist | Fremont, California, United States
What will you do
• Execute various studies using clinical chemistry analyzers
• Write, edit, and secure approval of protocols, reports, and technical documents
• Compile, analyze data, and interpret results
• Troubleshoot problems and recommend corrective actions
Education
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline
Experience
• BA/BS or equivalent in life science discipline with 3 or more years related experience, MS degree or PhD degree in life science discipline with a minimum of 1 year of experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Demonstrated ability for technical proficiency
• Hands on experience operating automated clinical chemistry analyzers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good organization and multi-tasking skills
• Computer skills such as Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of FDA/ISO design control and regulatory requirements related to IVD products
• Familiarity with CLSI procedures
