About the role

This role applies principles of analytical chemistry to perform testing, data analysis, and method support to ensure product quality, process consistency, and regulatory compliance. The Technical Analytical Associate combines laboratory execution, troubleshooting, and analytical expertise to support new product development and commercialization efforts, providing critical technical insights across cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods, and troubleshoot existing methods to ensure reliable and accurate results
  • Perform laboratory analyses and routine data review; evaluate test results for accuracy, suitability, and compliance with specifications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to support multiple concurrent projects
  • Prepare and review technical documentation and reports throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Support daily laboratory operations, including coordination of activities, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives


The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated technical accomplishments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Solid understanding of analytical instrumentation and principles, with hands-on experience in techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV/Vis, and related methods preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and laboratory systems (e.g., Empower, LIMS, OpenLab), with a strong attention to data integrity and detail
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, combined with intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement

US salary ranges

USD $79,000.00 - $119,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
