We currently have an exciting career opportunity for aTechnical Analyst IIIto join theGlobal Digital & CyberSecurityteam.

YOUR TEAM.

This is a senior-level role responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple platforms and systems, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, scalability, and long-term maintainability. This role drives solution strategy, establishes technical patterns, and leads major initiatives across the organization.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Lead end-to-end Application architecture and delivery of complex, multi-system solutions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs
  • Design intuitive UI/UX solutions and create Figma wireframes and prototypes to support business and technical requirements
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable information
  • Establish and enforce technical standards, governance, and best practices
  • Drive solution design across Power Platform, Azure, SQL, APIs, and enterprise systems
  • Lead major initiatives, epics, and cross-team programs
  • Own critical incidents and perform root cause analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and roadmap priorities
  • Mentor and coach junior Technical Analysts
  • Ensure audit readiness and security compliance


YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM major, required
  • Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or MBA, preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC
  • Experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD
  • Advanced SQL Server experience
  • Strong API and integration experience
  • Expertise in Power Platform
  • Programming experience (.NET, C#, Python, JavaScript)
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance
  • Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills
