Full Job Description
We're hiring a Technical Analysis and Testing Consultant to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 10% onsite work required.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a test management role, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Demonstrated experience managing testing for vendor-based solutions in regulated environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, test management tools (e.g., ALM, Zephyr, qTest), and defect management processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance, security requirements, and data integrity standards relevant to the banking industry

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end technical analysis and testing lifecycle for multiple, complex technology initiatives, including system technical documentation, functional requirements, traceability matrices, test strategy, test plans, test management, defect management, and ongoing BAU support of system changes for system platforms
  • Establish, enforce, and continuously improve technical analysis and testing standards and best practices, driving process improvements across the organization
  • Report on test progress to all stakeholders as well as risks and quality metrics to executive project leadership, supporting informed go/no-go decisions for production releases
  • Take ownership of all tasks and challenges encountered in the operation of the assigned position

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
  • Nice to have certifications: ITIL, CSTM, ISTQB
