Full Job Description
Description & Requirements

You will be the Technical AI Product Lead, reporting to the Director, Agentic Solutions. You will own the product direction for our agentic AI solutions and lead the people who build them, turning ambiguous business problems into AI products that transform content creation, data and analytics, and our business processes and systems. You understand agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG, LLMs, and vision and diffusion models well enough to make sound product calls and to earn the trust of the engineers you work with, and you pair that technical fluency with real people leadership: hiring well, developing your team, and creating the conditions for them to do their best work. You define requirements, prototype quickly with your team, iterate with stakeholders, and ship. You're creative, innovative, self-motivated, and team-first, equally strong at problem-solving and collaborating across creative, product, marketing, data, and engineering teams. You will be a hybrid worker, collaborating with teams 3 days a week from the office; international travel to collaborate with global teams is an added bonus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the team : hire, develop, and retain a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team. Set team direction, priorities, and standards; run 1:1s, performance reviews, and career growth; create the conditions for the team to ship fast and learn faster.
  • Own the product direction for agentic AI solutions : define and maintain the roadmap for AI products that transform content creation, data and analytics, and core business processes. Prioritize with discipline, balance quick wins against platform investments, and connect every initiative to measurable business outcomes.
  • Turn business problems into shippable products : partner with stakeholders across XO to identify high-leverage opportunities, define requirements and success criteria, and translate between business needs and technical realities in both directions.
  • Guide technical direction : make informed product decisions about agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG, guardrails, model selection, and build-vs-buy trade-offs. You won't write the production code, but you understand the architecture well enough to challenge it and to earn the trust of the engineers who do.
  • Run "prove, pilot, production" cycles : define success metrics, analyze impact, and continuously refine products, prompts, workflows, and UX based on data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Drive adoption and change management : launch AI solutions into real teams and workflows, train and support users, gather feedback, and iterate until the products stick.
  • Embed guardrails, safety, and governance into every product : work with legal, security, and privacy partners to ensure policies for IP, privacy, security, and bias ship with every AI product, alongside clear evaluation gates and cost and latency budgets.
  • Partner across the business : co-create with product, engineering, IT, security, data, legal, and business systems owners to shape requirements and ensure solutions are scalable and policy-aligned.
  • Measure and communicate impact : own the KPIs for your product portfolio, report outcomes to senior leadership, and use data to make the case for continued investment.
  • Provide product leadership across XO : set the bar for product craft in your team and adjacent teams, review specs and launch plans, mentor product managers and leads, and drive alignment across product, platform, security, and IT.
  • Evangelize and upskill the org : share best practices, host demos and workshops, and coach teams on what agents, LLMs, vision and diffusion models, and modern AI infrastructure can (and cannot yet) do.
Your Qualifications
  • 10+ years shipping software products, with 5+ of those years in technical product management, product leadership, or solutions leadership roles.
  • 3+ years directly managing people (hiring, performance management, career development), with a track record of building and scaling high-performing product or engineering teams.
  • 3+ years delivering production AI/ML products with measurable business impact.
  • Deep working knowledge of the modern AI stack: agents and agentic architectures, tool calling and Model Context Protocol (MCP), RAG, embeddings and vector databases, and evaluation and guardrails. You don't need to have architected these systems yourself, but you need enough technical fluency to challenge designs, weigh trade-offs, and hold your own with senior engineers.
  • Daily fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, agentic coding and workflow tools) in your own work; you use the products you expect others to adopt.
  • Strong product craft: discovery, prioritization, requirements, success metrics, and experimentation; you know how to take a product from ambiguous idea to measurable outcome.
  • Experience bringing AI into enterprise systems and workflows (e.g., ERP, ITSM, HRIS, identity, knowledge management) and navigating SSO, RBAC, audit, and data residency requirements with the right partners.
  • Track record navigating the legal, ethical, and security implications of AI, including data privacy, IP, safety, and responsible use of Generative AI, and translating policy into product requirements.
  • 4+ years leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams, including direct people-management responsibilities; able to influence both inside and outside your reporting line.
  • Analytical, multi-angle problem-solver, comfortable reframing problems, weighing trade-offs, and landing pragmatic, high-impact solutions.
  • Excellent communicator who translates complex concepts into clear narratives that connect product decisions to business impact for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer- and player-centric mindset; passionate about building solutions that empower teams and delight fans.
  • Continual learner who stays current on AI models, tools, and product patterns and translates them into XO advantage.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a large organization, comfortable with both detailed product work and broad organizational leadership.
