Technical AI Consultant
We are seeking a Technical AI Consultant who excels at the intersection of hands-on engineering, customer engagement, and rapid AI solution delivery. Responsibilities
Build AI solutions on the AI/Run CodeMie platform using Python, React, Langchain, Langgraph, and MCP
Deliver measurable business outcomes and customer success goals, not just outputs; identify and resolve issues early to ensure clients gain value from the AI/Run platform and expand AI adoption in SDLC and operations
Integrate with customer teams onsite or remotely, understand their domain processes, and iterate on solutions that provide business value
Address platform issues for clients by solving problems and shipping necessary functionality through personal effort or collaboration with the platform core team; take ownership and deliver results
Contribute code and feedback to core product teams; identify gaps, propose features, and implement improvements across the platform
Manage end-to-end technical projects from discovery and prototyping to validation, deployment, and ongoing support
Ensure engagement and opportunity success by addressing issues from teams or clients, focusing on defined goals in AI-enabled SDLC; measure success by goal achievement, client value realization, continued adoption, and requests for further AI integration
Serve as technical advisors for customers, remove blockers, and guide best practices for integration and AI adoption
Support sales and go-to-market teams to scope, close, and ramp new customer deals by applying technical expertise and driving results
Requirements
Knowledge of Python and modern React with the ability to resolve platform issues independently
AI-first engineering mindset with a focus on problem-solving and solution design
Familiarity with LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and frameworks such as Langchain and Langgraph
Capability to map customer needs, define and validate solutions with user feedback, and iterate quickly in ambiguous environments
Outcomes-focused mindset with a record of measuring success by customer value delivered and platform adoption growth
Proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying and resolving issues before escalation, and seeking opportunities to improve customer experience and platform value
Excellent communication skills for distilling technical solutions to diverse audiences and facilitating workshops and demos remotely and in-person
Ownership of delivery cycles, prioritizing high-impact work, and driving value to completion
Team collaboration skills for working with customer and internal product teams, contributing code, product ideas, and field insights
Experience with MCP development, integration, and security best practices
