Role Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, Demand, you will own the technical health and performance of a portfolio of DSP partners. You will focus on integration quality, troubleshooting, and optimization, ensuring partners are set up to bid effectively and scale.

You will work closely with Commercial Account Managers, Engineering, Product, and Marketplace Quality teams to resolve issues, improve signal fidelity, and unlock performance gains.

This role is highly cross-functional and sits at the intersection of data, engineering, and client success.

The ideal candidate is technically curious, data-driven, and comfortable diving into bidstream-level details while communicating clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.

This role is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

What You Will Do

  • Own the technical performance and health of DSP partnerships
  • Analyze bidstream data, logs, and performance metrics to identify issues and optimization opportunities
  • Troubleshoot integration and delivery issues (e.g., bid rate, win rate, discrepancies, signal loss)
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to resolve bugs, improve integrations, and enhance capabilities
  • Support onboarding and technical integration of new demand partners
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as bid rate, win rate, fill rate, and revenue yield
  • Provide actionable insights to partners to improve bidding behavior and performance
  • Collaborate with Commercial Account Managers to align on account strategy and priorities
  • Support testing initiatives, including A/B tests, new integrations, and feature rollouts
  • Document issues, workflows, and best practices across internal systems


What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 3-5+ years in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or a technical client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of OpenRTB, DSP/SSP interactions, and programmatic auction dynamics

Core Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and log-level data
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly
  • Familiarity with debugging tools, dashboards, and data platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with tools such as Kibana, Looker, or similar analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with SDK integrations, identity solutions (e.g., IDFA, UID2), or signal frameworks
  • Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, or bid request/response structures
