Full Job Description

You Are:

A hands-on AI & Automation Engineer with experience designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions in complex technology environments. You bring strong programming skills and practical experience applying machine learning, GenAI, and automation techniques to real-world problems. You are comfortable working across distributed systems, collaborating with global teams, and translating business and operational challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions. Exposure to telecom or communications domains is a strong advantage.

The Work:

  • Design and build AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise clients across digital platforms and large-scale distributed systems

  • Develop and deploy machine learning and GenAI models for operational automation, decision support, and workflow optimization

  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, automation frameworks, and orchestration tools

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model evaluation processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready solutions

  • Apply AI and automation techniques to improve service reliability, network operations, and customer experience in telecom and technology domains

  • Support deployment in cloud-based and distributed environments, ensuring scalability and performance

  • Continuously learn and apply emerging AI/ML and GenAI capabilities to enhance solution effectiveness

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    Here's What You Need:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or software engineering roles incliding cloud-based or distributed deployment environments

    • Minimum 5 years programming skills in Python

    • Minimum 5 years experience with APIs, automation frameworks, and system integration including data pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques

    • Minimum 2 years building and deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments

    • Minimum 5 years experience  collaborating with global, cross-functional teams in a distributed delivery model

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) 

    Bonus Points If:

    • Experience in telecom, communications platforms, or large-scale networked systems

    • Experience applying AI to network operations, service assurance, or platform reliability

    • Exposure to GenAI and large language models (LLMs) for operational automation or decision support

    • Experience working in consulting or enterprise client delivery environments
