Job SummaryThe Retail Tech Product Manager owns the product strategy and roadmap for L'Occitane's retail technology ecosystem, supporting 170+ stores across North America. This role drives the evolution of proprietary and third-party platforms that power the in-store experience, partnering across business and technology teams to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions that improve store operations, beauty host productivity, and customer experience.Job Responsibilities- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new features across internal associate tooling, order experiences, messaging, guest identity, and post-purchase journeys.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative insights from store associates and customers to inform product requirements and prioritization.
- Partner with product designers, data, and retail stakeholders to identify and size new opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering to scope solutions that balance customer value, business impact, and delivery effort.
- Drive scope alignment workshops to clarify ownership, dependencies, and priorities across cross-functional teams.
- Define and track success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) for your functional domain
- Lead change management activities to support feature rollouts impacting store associates and internal stakeholders.
- Influence senior leadership and retail stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations and product strategy narratives.
Experience- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally in mobile platforms or SaaS
- Strong written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity for executive audiences
- Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action
- Experience working with engineering and design in an agile delivery environment
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders beyond engineering and design
- Familiarity with payment/order experiences, CRM, or retail tech is a strong plus
The compensation for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 (based on skills, experience and with differentials applied if outside of NYC).
