The Roles

We are hiring experienced business transformation consultants with Consumer Banking & Lending experience. These are hands-on consulting roles for people with experience helping banks improve operations, redesign operating models, and deliver business transformation.

Managing Consultant - You lead complex engagement workstreams and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality results. You coordinate day-to-day project execution, develop and review client deliverables, translate findings into practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps, and coach Associates and other junior team members. You also help build the practice through business development, recruiting, developing new offerings, and contributing to thought leadership.

Associate - You own discrete analyses and deliverables, working closely with senior team members to solve complex business problems and support successful client engagements. You conduct research, develop client deliverables, and contribute to practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps. As the practice grows, you'll have the opportunity to help build it by contributing to recruiting, new offerings, and how we work.

What You'll Do
  • Lead or support banking transformation initiatives across consumer lending, retail banking, and payments.
