JD for Data Archiving / Migration Lead at S4 HANA Conversion
1 Candidate must have 10+ years' experience of SAP Data Migration.
2 Candidate must have hands on experience of working on at least TWO S4 Hana conversion.
3 Candidate should be able to determine the candidate differences in data models of the candidate current and the candidate new ERP.
4 Candidate should be able to determine opportunities to optimize the candidate data volume efficient migration and management.
5 Candidate should be able to Resolve issues with data consistency, reconciliation, and completeness that may challenge the candidate migration to the candidate new ERP.
6 Candidate should be able to Determine candidate need for any standard, commercial, or custom tools to migrate data to candidate new ERP.
7 Candidate should be able to establish mandates and guidelines needed to ensure candidate conditions of candidate data in candidate current ERP remain conducive for conversion without failure.
8 Candidate should be expert in defining strategy of Cleanup of legacy data, identify inconsistencies, data cleansing, harmonization.
9 Candidate should know Archiving old/unused master and transaction data.
10 Candidate should have client facing experience.
11 Candidate should have good communication skill and good team player.
12 Candidate should be willing to work in US shifts.
