¿ Responsible for end to end solution quality, working closely with stakeholders outside and inside the organization. ¿ Define and manage the test strategy for the solution involving multiple products to ensure best in class quality. ¿ Work closely with customers to understand their quality perspectives and act as a link between customers and development teams from the quality point of view. ¿ Work with the customers, partners and the internal teams to maximize the value of the available testing infrastructure/ test benches, in order to ensure optimal quality. ¿ Work with product/component teams to ensure that the teams delivering high quality value to the customers (end to end). ¿ Responsible taking Go/No Go decision for the solution release based the testing status and pending defects. ¿ Represent EXFO in key customer interactions related to solution quality. ¿ Support and do not hesitate to get involved with the team's decisions. ¿ Willing to jump into technical tasks, when needed. ¿ Nurture out of the box thinking and innovative problem solving. ¿ Occasionally engage in test reviews in order to remain connected and find out any systemic gaps. ¿ Make continuous demonstratable improvements in the methodologies and practices to improve the solution quality and maximize the value delivered.
