Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM, particularly in Discovery and Service Mapping
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes and structures
• Proficient in developing applications on the ServiceNow Platform, including integrations and enhancements
• Experience in solution design and making best practice recommendations
• Ability to identify and address gaps in existing solutions
• Experience mentoring or guiding team members
• Familiarity with working in large organizations with multiple service management tools
• ITIL and relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CIS Discovery and CIS Service Mapping

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery and Service Mapping
• Oversee and enhance CMDB operations and related processes
• Create new applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
• Design solutions for new requirements and integrations
• Identify, document, and rectify gaps in current solutions
• Mentor junior team members to uplift team capabilities
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs
