Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with IBM Content Manager On Demand (CMOD) and Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM).
• Proficient in installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of CMOD and TSM.
• Experience in performance monitoring of storage solutions.
• Familiar with ticketing systems to handle production requests and SLAs.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and propose design solutions to maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CMOD and TSM, ensuring systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
• Resolve production tickets promptly, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Create and configure CMOD objects including applications and application groups.
• Monitor existing maintenance processes, identifying issues and implementing design solutions.
• Deploy code across DEV, QA, and PROD environments, ensuring seamless transition.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements for report and data archiving solutions.
• Collaborate with IBM’s support to address issues related to CMOD and its products.
