Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking to add a Supervisor, Retirement Plan Consultant to our growing team. This is a hybrid role in our Dallas, TX office.
What will you do:- Train New Hires on procedures and software as needed.
- Mentoring team members to promote career growth.
- Responsible for tracking the workflow for team members.
- First point of escalation for team members regarding compliance issues or complaints
- Monthly One on One meetings with team members.
- Maintain a smaller caseload of assigned plans for administration and compliance work.
What you need to have:- At least 6 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience.
- At least 3 years of People Manager experience.
- Strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills in order to ensure the client experience is smooth throughout the entire annual compliance cycle.
- Help evaluate and improve operational procedures.
Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $95,000 to $115,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
