Opportunity OverviewTeam Overview: The Advanced Branch Support (ABS) department within the Market & Practice Solutions Division is seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of Relationship Managers providing high-touch, differentiated support to the firm's top branch teams. Relationship Managers serve as a critical connection to the home office, helping some of the firm's largest and most complex practices navigate business needs and access solutions across the firm. The Team Leader plays a key role in guiding this team and ensuring they deliver the expertise, coordination, and support these practices need to successfully serve their clients.
What You'll Do: - Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality support to the firm's top practices.
- Build strong partnerships across the firm, advocate for evolving practice needs, and influence outcomes that enhance the branch experience.
- Lead day-to-day operations, maintain performance standards, and use metrics, trends, and branch insights to drive team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner across business areas to advance process, technology, and service model enhancements that reduce branch effort, improve outcomes, and support the continued growth and scalability of ABS.
Position RequirementsWhat Experience You Need: - Series 7 required.
- Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and coach talent, with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across business units and leadership levels.
- Experience with program and change management, strategic thinking, and execution.
- Ability to advocate for branch and client needs while navigating market, firm, and industry events.
- Experience managing escalations, making risk-based decisions, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and technology.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to generate insights and inform business decisions.
