Team Leader ACT

Department: ACT

Reporting To: Justina Robinson

Compensation: $38.45 - $41.45 / hour

Description

Lead a Multidisciplinary Team Delivering Life-Changing Care as an ACT Team Leader

You'll work primarily Monday through Friday, with availability for consultation outside of regular hours. This role includes oversight of adult populations. Experience with co-occurring disorders and family-focused programs is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary ACT team, including clinical oversight, daily operations, and team support
  • Provide at least one hour of face-to-face supervision per staff member weekly and be available for consultation as needed
  • Ensure timely screenings, assessments, and service coordination for new and existing clients
  • Oversee team meetings, documentation practices, and quality assurance
  • Maintain staffing levels and participate in hiring decisions
  • Report regularly on program operations, budget adherence, and progress toward strategic goals
  • Support a small clinical caseload and model person-centered, recovery-focused care


Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Master's degree in social work or related field required
  • At least six months experience working with persons with serious and persistent mental illness required

Licensure/Certification:
  • PLPC, LPC, LMSW or LCSW valid in the state of Missouri required
