ead a Multidisciplinary Team Delivering Life-Changing Care as an ACT Team LeaderYou'll work primarily Monday through Friday, with availability for consultation outside of regular hours. This role includes oversight of adult populations. Experience with co-occurring disorders and family-focused programs is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary ACT team, including clinical oversight, daily operations, and team support
- Provide at least one hour of face-to-face supervision per staff member weekly and be available for consultation as needed
- Ensure timely screenings, assessments, and service coordination for new and existing clients
- Oversee team meetings, documentation practices, and quality assurance
- Maintain staffing levels and participate in hiring decisions
- Report regularly on program operations, budget adherence, and progress toward strategic goals
- Support a small clinical caseload and model person-centered, recovery-focused care
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- Master's degree in social work or related field required
- At least six months experience working with persons with serious and persistent mental illness required
Licensure/Certification:- PLPC, LPC, LMSW or LCSW valid in the state of Missouri required
