Job Description The Contract Team Lead is an integral part of the vendor's team that acts as a conduit between the Parent Company and the FBI to maintain a harmonious relationship. A team lead is responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Performing the work of the labor category coordinating, communicating, and evaluating the work of the team.
- Acts as a liaison between the team, parent company, and FBI Program Managers monitoring processes to stay updated on any changes to contracts.
- Troubleshooting potential problems related to a contract.
- Monitoring a team's progress and providing updates to FBI Program Managers.
- Reports any issues of contractual disparities to the COR.
Basic Qualifications - Active Top Secret clearance
- 10+ years of leadership experience
