What will you be doing?

The Team Lead, EUC Public Sector leads our team of EUC Analysts and Engineers supporting the GCC High (GCCH) public sector environment. The Lead is a player-coach: still hands-on with vulnerability management and device configuration, but also responsible for setting standards, coaching the analyst and engineer team, and being the senior voice in the room for public sector leadership and compliance stakeholder conversations. This role owns the GCCH End User Computing environment end-to-end, including management of Windows, Mac, iOS, and VDI, as well as the vulnerability management program for that environment.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
  • Lead a team of Analysts and Engineers supporting the GCCH environment: set priorities, coach on analytical rigor, run 1:1s, develop talent, and hold the bar on quality of work
  • Own the team's operating cadence - intake, prioritization, work-in-progress visibility, and delivery against SLAs
  • Represent the End User Computing function to public sector leadership; translate executive direction into clear work for the team

Device Configuration and Management
  • Own the end-user device experience for Public Sector, from initial setup through final configuration and software deployment
  • Own software and security tool packaging and deployment across the GCCH device fleet using Microsoft Intune, and related platforms
  • Set configuration baselines and standards and ensure consistent, compliant device builds
  • Ensure the device fleet is performant, reliable, and meets business needs across Windows, Mac, iOS, and VDI

Vulnerability Management & Remediation
  • Own the GCCH vulnerability management lifecycle: prioritization methodology, end-user and system-owner outreach, and remediation tracking through closure
  • Ensure vulnerability thresholds and SLAs are being met for the GCCH environment, escalating aging or high-risk findings as needed
  • Partner with engineering and security teams to deploy and validate patches and remediation for identified vulnerabilities

Compliance & Governance
  • Own CMMC compliance, audits, and security governance for the End User Computing GCCH environment, ensuring required fixes and controls are implemented and documented
  • Maintain SOPs, governance documentation, and evidence needed to demonstrate compliance to auditors and public sector stakeholders

Reporting & Stakeholder Management
  • Own vulnerability posture reporting and dashboards, translating findings into a clear, defensible narrative
  • Build and maintain relationships with public sector program stakeholders, IT teams, and Information Security teams
