Job Title: Team Lead Engineer
Location: New Hope, PA
Responsibilities - Own team delivery commitments and roadmap execution
- Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and workload distribution
- Manage team performance, feedback, and career development
- Remove delivery blockers and manage risks
- Maintain technical quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Product and other stakeholders
- Support hiring and onboarding
Requirements - 10+ years Java engineering/development experience
- 5+ years of architectural experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Must have at least 5 years of experience with NodeJS, at the Architect level
- Must have experience with REST/JSON
- Strong business acumen
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in planning and delivery management
