Team Lead, Account Executives, you'll own a customer segment and lead a team of ~5 AEs targeting a greenfield DACH market. This is a
hands-on player-coach role: you'll carry a personal quota while coaching your team to exceed collective targets, and you'll work directly with senior leadership to shape and execute go-to-market strategy. Based full-time in Munich, this is an on-site position.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~5 Account Executives to capture a large market opportunity across the DACH region.
- Close deals against a personal quota while supporting your team to exceed their individual and collective targets.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategy for a greenfield market.
- Join critical customer conversations to shape deal strategy, de-risk opportunities, and support negotiations and business case development.
- Deliver measurable procurement value to industrial customers - helping them optimize costs, reduce supply chain risk, and meet regulatory requirements.
- Implement and coach structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC) across the team to sharpen discovery, negotiation, and pipeline management.
- Drive performance through metrics tracking, pipeline reviews, and action planning to increase win rates and deal velocity.
- Build a high-performing sales culture through structured training, hands-on deal support, and clear performance management.
- Identify AI-driven opportunities to accelerate team productivity and share best-practice workflows across the go-to-market organization.
What We're Looking ForRequired- 3+ years as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS with complex, non-transactional sales cycles.
- 2+ years of people leadership or team management experience in a sales organization, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven, consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC or equivalent) and the ability to coach others on their application.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tooling (e.g. Salesforce) and a disciplined approach to forecasting.
- Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Based in Munich and comfortable working on-site full-time.
Nice to Have- Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain verticals.
- Familiarity with procurement processes or ERP ecosystems.
- Background working at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company in the DACH market.
