Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across various levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide decision-making and coach team members to take ownership of safety, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Facilitate the application of lean tools to enhance processes and minimize waste.
• Plan and assist in executing Kaizen events, focusing on data collection and process improvements.
• Drive daily management practices by coaching the use of huddle boards and visual metrics.
• Act as a safety champion promoting team accountability and aligning safety initiatives with organizational objectives.
