Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a TDL Lead managing and supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and USSOCOM's subordinate commands, such as the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) requirements. The TDL Lead will provide technical oversight and workforce management of contractor personnel at assigned site location. Coordination and Collaboration across USASOC and its strategic partners (USSOCOM) The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Special Operations projects and leading cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES - MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
  • Performs stakeholder management and serves as a liaison between client organization and site leadership, client technical stakeholders, and SOFETOPS 2 program leadership to facilitate adequate resourcing; prioritization and scheduling of mission support activities and technical projects; and performance management to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Interfaces with Government site leaders and technical stakeholders to keep them informed on technical issues and project statuses.
  • Collaborates with Government technical teams and end-users to ensure the needs of the users are understood and appropriately addressed. Serves as the main contractor POC for site and is responsible for coordinating emergent support requests.
  • Supports programmatic administration for the site and is responsible for regular reporting, support delivery assessment, quality assurance, and all aspects of contractor staff management and administration within the site.


QUALIFICATIONS - WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent
  • Required Experience: Five (5) + Years Management experience managing US Special Operations requirements, and projects
  • Security Clearance Level: Active Secret Clearance required to start
  • US Citizenship required
  • Travel Required for this Role (up to 25%)
  • Location: Ft. Bragg, Fayetteville, North Carolina
