Advise clients on significant tax matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, fund formations, restructurings, and other complex transactions.
Research and resolve technical tax issues affecting real estate investment platforms and develop practical solutions for clients.
Manage engagement economics, staffing, and client relationships across multiple large and complex engagements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to investment managers, fund executives, and other client stakeholders.
Drive business development initiatives and identify opportunities to expand services within existing and prospective real estate investment clients.
Develop and mentor managers and emerging leaders while strengthening technical excellence across the practice.
Provide thought leadership on tax legislation, regulatory developments, and market trends impacting REITs and real estate investment funds.

Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
