Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare corporate tax compliance on behalf of clients. Projects may include calculation and preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns, quarterly estimates, vouchers, extension, and projections
  • Review and prepare corporate income tax provision calculations
  • Conduct tax research and stay up to date with changes in tax regulation and develop tax planning skills at the federal and state level
  • Provide support, guidance and on the job training to technically develop less experienced individuals
  • Delegate work to staff, proactively manage pipeline of work and resources
  • Communicate with the team and client to ensure all relevant information is collected or addressed while managing competing priorities
  • Provide quality client service which includes responsiveness, client ownership, timeliness of projects, and good communication
  • Develop tax technical and software skills through instructor-lead courses, self-guided learnings, workflow updates, and on the job training
  • Work toward the completion of CPA certification with the support of Armanino through preparation materials and classes
  • Provide constructive feedback and performance reviews

Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
