- Responsible for calling outbound form leads and maintaining their pipeline of prospects.
- Identify the prospect's tax problem, pre-qualify them, and sell the prospect on services.
- Must be comfortable selling investigation cases, tax preparation, and tax resolutions services, among other services. (Minor Training available).
- Utilize software/CRM to manage and return calls to all inquiries.
- Building year-round client relationships.
- Effectively communicates in a respectful and professional manner.(Money Motivated).

Experience:
- (2 years minimum) Some training will be available. This is for someone who is motivated and money-hungry.
